What-ho! It’s time for a yearly wrap-up!! *blasts excited and loud music* WHO’S EXCITED?! I am. I am very excited to write this post, can you feel my enthusiasm leaking out of your screen and into your eyeballs?!!? I bet you can. This will probably be enormously long so how’s about we dive right in? Continue reading
I feel like I’ve managed to do surprisingly well in December for not buying too many books. For once. I didn’t even receive too many for review either – what a win!! Nonetheless, I do have some awesome books to haul and I’m super excited to share them all with you today! Continue reading
I have such a disappointing wrap-up for you this month. But it’s okay, I’ll make it up to you by promising MANY FUN MOMENTS in December to come and hey, we all have bad reading months. I apologise also for the lack of content – I’ve been lazy *proffers bouquets of flowers and little chocolates*. But I’m going to shock you all with amazing things this month. Just you watch.
Hey guys! Would you look at that, September is already over. I always find it so exciting to be at the beginning of a new month, feeling like you’re going to read 200 books in that month alone despite the fact that you NEVER do. Ahem. Yes, so September was something of a flop when it came to achieving reading goals – HOWEVER – I don’t think anyone has had such a spectacular, 5-starred month in their life.
Hello everyone! I have a surprisingly small book haul for September, and I must say I’m rather pleased with myself. Well, I would be if I hadn’t started October off with a BANG in the book-buying department. Ahem, but that’s for another month. In September I did the marvellous job of actually not buying more books than I can read in a month. I know, I surprise myself sometimes. Continue reading
Yay – it’s October! Which means I have the exciting job of deciding which books I want to get to this month. Now, in September I set myself a fairly ambitious goal and miserably failed. I decided to challenge myself in a month-long reading task I’d created called “Series September”. If you want to read about what books I actually got to off that list you can check out my Wrap-Up post which will be up in the next few days (and if you missed that TBR you can see it HERE). You betcha, it’s back! Round four of the Alphabethon has finally arrived! Well, nearly. I should say its announcement has arrived. Ahem. Welcome, welcome, let me tell you about this magnificent read-a-thon happening in the third week of October. Continue reading
Hello my friends! Welcome to my wrap-up for August. I got a lot of reading done last month which I’m supremely happy about. I wish I could say the same for blogging but other than pumping out over-due book reviews I seem to be flailing in the pursuit of a blogging routine. So bear with me whilst I continue to try and get back into the swing of things and let’s hope everything is a bit more orderly this month!
Oh boy is it good to be writing a wrap up again! WELL HELLO FRIENDS. It has been so nice to come back from America and dive straight back into the book world. I got back about one week into the month and hurriedly tried to read every book ever in the WORLD. Which is my way of saying, I read five books.
Hello friends! Oh wow is it good to see you again and be typing *stretches fingers dramatically*. I have MISSED this blogging world. If you’re an avid reader of my blog (and obviously you are because #humble) then you might’ve noticed I sneakily snuck a review up on my blog (*distant gasping*) because REJOICE. Kirstie has returned.
