Look at that, we meet again. Perhaps my inability to touch base more than twice a month has meant you’ve forgotten entirely who I am. Well! It’s a good thing I’m about to talk you through a wrap up of what I did in April, it might just jog your memory.
Welcome one and all, it’s finally time for my March wrap-up! Once again, it’s going to be a small one. Time is not my friend here at Disney but I have managed to squeeze one or two things in. To make up for it, I’ve lots of exciting things to tell you as to what I’m getting up to here and I’m even slowly writing a post about what I’m actually doing at Disney with plans in the pipeline for a more detailed break down of the how-to’s for Disney World.
Howdy stranger! I am indeed still alive if you were wondering – I’ve failed miserably to be properly active this month but honestly, life is just far too exciting and busy when you’re living at Disney World. I have tried my best (so stop scowling at me like that) but I did only read one book in February . . . I AM AN ABOMINATION.
Why hello there. Wondering where I’ve been? Me too. I have had exactly 0.0001 of a minute a day free and thus I apologise for not spending that time blogging. I’m afraid I’m too busy having fun running around Disney World’s fantastic parks, squealing over the Harry Potter STUFF at Universal Studios – oh, and working. Lots of working. So if you’re feeling lazy and don’t want to read my infamously long wrap up posts, I’ll give you a spoiler: nothing much happened in January.
Hi everyone! It’s time for the 2016 yearly wrap-up. I was going to keep this brief but I think I’m incapable of ever keeping a post brief. So go grab yourself a cup of tea and get comfortable as you whiz through my reading year and the books that were the best of the bunch. My yearly wrap up consists of books I read in 2016, not when the book was published. Continue reading
Ah, what a year. 2016 has taken its curtain call and now we’re rocking our way into the beginning of 2017. As most of you know, this is a pretty big adventure for me and the start of a new chapter as I’m moving to Florida in the next few weeks for a bit!
Welcome, welcome. It’s nice to see you again – please, take a seat. Popcorn to your left, toilets to your right, dog on your lap, cat on your feet. All sorted? Excellent. WELCOME to the annual Upside-Down Books Awards for 2016 *crowd goes wild*. Thank you, thank you – no really, thank you, *catches a bouquet of flowers*.
I formally welcome you to the inaugural celebration of THE BEST BOOKS OF THE YEAR – in the delightful form of various categories. Because categories are life, ladles and jellyspoons. These books are only those I read this year, regardless of when they were published. I present to you a list of 18 awards that I have so generously given to particular books that I have read this year. At the time of writing this, I have read 84 books (and am midway through the 85th) so let’s all applaud me for my magnificent reading progress for the year. Continue reading
