I’m am very excited about this book today guys. Very excited, I tell. I’d completely forgotten about it until I saw it on my list of books to be released and I gave my computer a look before dancing around my room.

I really think that this one does sound interesting. I think it’s going to have a fair dosage of spunk to it but also take a nicely fresh angle on things. The fact that it’s fantasy mixing in with frowned upon contemporary things, i.e. drug dealing, makes for an interesting combination. And let’s not get me started on the cover, I love it.

Aside from the blurb sounding awesome I want to read this anyway out of curiosity. I think it’ll be slightly different from everything else that I’m reading at the moment and I’ll be glad to give this one a go. Also, I’m not going to lie – the fact that Pike wrote this is 73% of the reason why I’m particularly interested in it.
