Wishlist Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted @ Pen to Paper where we get to feature a book that’s been on our wishlist for a long time that we want to buy/read! I have a hugely extensive list that I keep updated over on The Book Depository so I’m never short of books that I’m wishing on.
Where do I make my lists? First and foremost I use my “sound good” shelf on Goodreads where I basically keep track of all the books I’ve encountered that tickle my fancy. BUT, The Book Depository has my most concise list of all the books that I so dearly want to throw my money at and look at one my shelf.
This week I’m wishing on . . .
Eden Forest
by Aoife Marie Sheridan
Genre: Young Adult, Fantasy (paranormal)
Author: Aoife Marie Sheridan
Published: September 2012

Sarajane Anderson is your regular twenty one year old. With family, friends and a normal job. She also happens to be the only person who can save Saskia, a world parallel to earth.
When Sarajane is taken to Saskia, she could never have imagined the reality of the world she steps into, a world where magical abilities are in everyone’s possession.
She must face a father she never knew, a world that is beyond her belief. A guardian who captures her heart, and a darkness that wants to take it.
On this journey Sarajane discovers her magical abilities and realizes they come with a price. Sarajane is truly tested, as her loved ones are put at risk. The question she must ask herself is, how do you choose who lives and who dies?
Yeeehawww! I LOVE the sound of this book. It’s such a wicked concept, but I’m not going to lie – I’m super excited over the prospect of reading this one because it’s about a parallel world, *much gasping*.
I mean, she has to save a parallel world, she has magical abilities and then discovers everyone in this other world also does and GAH. I can just see things getting crazy already. I also really love the cover that this book has going on – I think I should probably consider getting around to this one sooner because I’m getting so excited just thinking about it now. Oh why can’t I buy all the books in the world! *stomps foot like an angry toddler*
