Part of me is going, there are only two books to go!! And the other part is going, it feels like there should only be one more … what on earth is going to happen?!

This story is nothing but exciting and nerve-wracking. I’m 110% invested in Hiccup’s adventures and so many heart-wrenching moments happen in this book. And, of course, many hilarious moments too.

Cressida Cowell’s humour in these books is always on point, and this was no exception. I’m very stressed, but also very excited, to dive straight into the next book and see if Hiccup will finish his quest and come out of things okay!

But I imagine book 11 will *also* finish on a cliff-hanger.

Positively cruel, the ending in this one. I’m left hanging! At least this was a very satisfying story for finding out more about Fishlegs, however.
