The YA Chronicles Unboxing || September 2016

You might be wondering why you’re reading “September” when it’s very clearly October. Well alright, don’t get snappy with me. I do know what month it is. Unfortunately, there was a massive, gigantic, titanic, mammoth, galactic delay on September’s edition of The YA Chronicles for reasons completely out of their hands. So after crying myself to sleep for the past few weeks, I leapt for joy when this arrived!

Wishlist Wednesday [#32]

Welcome back! I hope you’re having a more successful Wednesday than myself. I’m currently pouring over 17th century accounts of the Atlantic slave trade for an essay . . . isn’t uni life fun? You’ll be please to know, however, that I’ve been very good this first half of the month with book buying (spoiler: I haven’t bought any books). But I might’ve bought a bunch of candles yesterday to compensate . . . oops?

Wishlist Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted @ Pen to Paper where we get to feature a book that’s been on our wishlist for a long time that we want to buy/read! Top Ten Tuesday: Back in the Day

The Goodreads Book Tag

Oh look! Another book tag. I’m on a roll. I wasn’t actually tagged to do this (but pssht, who needs to be tagged to do anything?) but if I could date a website, it’d be Goodreads, so OF COURSE I had to do the tag. I saw this done by Naomi @ Professional Fangrl  so be sure to check out her post! Goodreads is the love of my life (and probably your’s too, don’t deny it); it’s just the most perfect website for OCD booklovers so that we can organise all the books into little categories of satisfaction. So! Allons-y! Continue reading
